A 70+ slide deck covering seven regions and 14 countries, built up by different teams over several years with no consistent format. Maps, org charts, tables, and contact info were all standardized. Editable templates mean the team can update content without touching the layout. Delivered in 3 weeks.

About the Company
A.P. Moller-Maersk is one of the world's largest integrated logistics companies, operating across 130+ countries. Their European air freight division covers seven regions and serves enterprise clients across automotive, tech, pharma, and retail. This is the deck that represents all of it.
The Request
The deck had been added to by different teams over several years.
The content was all there. The consistency wasn't. Maps looked different on every slide. Tables had no hierarchy. The org chart used gray placeholder avatars. The team needed a deck they could open in front of enterprise clients and feel confident about, and a system they could maintain as new regions came online.

The Process
Maersk's globally approved slides set the visual standard. The job was bringing everything else up to match.
Maps were rebuilt in Illustrator with a standardized icon set for IATA stations, warehouses, gateways, and RFS connections. The system is modular, any region can be added using the same parts. The org chart got custom illustrations in place of avatars. Cold storage went from scattered hidden slides to one page, using navy and white for a frosty feel. Tables, header colors, and contact info were standardized throughout. Editable templates were built so the team can update content without touching the layout.

The Outcome
7 regions. 14 countries. 70+ slides. One consistent format.
The template system covers 12 editable layouts. The clickable PDF works as a standalone reference document. The project was delivered in 3 weeks and led directly to ongoing work, with North America already in the pipeline.
