SuperSchedule's existing site was placeholder-heavy and built to prove a concept, not sell it. The brief called for a full homepage redesign plus two iOS screens to support an App Store submission, all built on the new brand system. The homepage was structured to qualify visitors by the complexity of their scheduling problem, not lead with features. On mobile, three dashboard variations gave the client a resolved design language ready to hand to their iOS developer. The engagement moved straight into additional UI screen work as the product approached launch.

The Request

SuperSchedule's existing site was vibe-coded and placeholder-heavy, built to prove the concept rather than sell it. Alongside a full homepage redesign, two iOS screens were needed to anchor the mobile design language and support an App Store submission: an onboarding screen and a home dashboard. Everything visual needed to be rebuilt from scratch using the new brand system I created previously.

The Process

The homepage was structured around a single strategic thread: qualifying visitors by the complexity of their scheduling problem rather than leading with features. Brand application decisions were made deliberately throughout, blue for structural UI and primary actions, orange reserved for the single highest-intent CTA, generous white space to reinforce the calm productivity positioning the brief asked for.

On mobile, the onboarding screen leads with the brand mark full-bleed on blue before anything functional appears. The dashboard was explored in three variations (staff shift view, dark-mode manager view with inline labor budget tracking, and a timeline grid) giving the client a complete picture of how the system adapts across user types and a resolved design language to hand to their iOS developer.

The Outcome

The delivered web work covered the full page in the new brand system, production-ready for developer handoff, alongside a social template kit, OG image, and profile assets. The iOS deliverables gave the client device-framed screens ready for App Store submission. The three dashboard variations also doubled as a product strategy artefact, surfacing real questions about information hierarchy by role. The engagement moved directly into additional UI screen work as the product approached launch.
